2020 Festive Season Opening Times and Deliveries

The Co-op will be closed on:

Friday 25th December, Christmas Day

Saturday 26th December, Boxing Day

Friday 1st January, New Year’s Day

 

The Co-op main shop will be open on Monday 28th December (extra Boxing Day public holiday) from 10am -3pm.

Other than the dates above we will be opening for our usual trading hours.

 

Deliveries

Fruit and Vegetable Deliveries will be as follows:

Monday               21st December

Wednesday        23rd December

Thursday             24th December

Tuesday               29th December

 

Fridge Goods:

Last delivery before Xmas            Wednesday 23rd December

First delivery after Xmas                Wednesday 6th January

 

Bread Deliveries:

Please note that the extreme volume of road freight in the lead up to Christmas has already affected, and may continue to affect, the deliveries of Ancient Grains and Vitality Bread at the Food Co-op. It may not be possible to guarantee that the bread will arrive, as usual, on Tuesday and it may well arrive on Wednesday or Thursday morning. We realise that this may well inconvenience our regular shoppers and we would like to apologise for this situation.

Volunteer Incentive Month

Monday 23rd November to Wednesday 23rd December, 2020 (inclusive)

We really want to see what a FULL volunteer roster looks like. Can you help us?

If you complete seven volunteer hours during the aforementioned month, you will receive a $50 gift voucher on top of your volunteer discount points!

There are some extra shifts in the incentive period, INCLUDING SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, and sometimes there will be more than one vollie on shift.

There is still no limit to how many hours you can volunteer and you may do up to 3 hours volunteering at a time by booking in for multiple shifts i.e. 1 x 2 hour shift and 1 x 1 hour shift, back to back.
