Ingredients
100g shredded coconut + some extra for rolling
50g cashews
20g hemp seeds
4 Tbsp natural honey
1 Tbsp baobab powder or lucuma powder
2 Tbsp organic raw cold pressed coconut oil (flat)
1 lemon; zest + juice
Method
Wash and dry your lemon, then zest and juice it removing any pips. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined, scraping sides as necessary. Roll into small balls – you should make about 24 bliss balls of 2 bite size. Roll in extra shredded coconut to finish.
