What a cracker!


1 cup sunflower seeds

¾ cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup chia seeds

½ cup sesame seeds

¼ cup flaxseed (linseed)

1 ½ cups of water

1 tbsp dried herbs

1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

1 tbsp tamari or 1 tsp of salt


Preheat oven to 170C (fan bake)

Mix all ingredients together and leave for 10-15 minutes for the seeds to soak up the water

Give everything a good stir, then split the mixture over two lined baking trays and spread out to about 3-4mm thick

Bake for approximately one hour or until golden brown and crispy

Remove from oven, allow to cool and break into shards.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy with your favourite dip, cheese or salad topping.
