Community in action
John Shaw has been volunteering at the Co-op for several years and was initially attracted by the idea of being part of the big picture. “There’s a real team attitude at the Co-op and I enjoy working with the wonderful staff and meeting the customers,” he says.
John also says he values community involvement through volunteering and would encourage anyone who is interested to “give it a go.”
