Recipe: KUDZO DRINK by Danielle O’Donoghue

Ingredients Serves:

1 tsp kudzu

½ cup cold spring or filtered water

Method

Dissolve kudzu in cold water. Place in a small saucepan and heat gently while stirring constantly. Keep heating & stirring till liquid becomes thick and changes colour from milky to clear.

Uses:

Relieves general tiredness and increase vitality

Balances intestinal troubles especially diarrhoea

Alleviates chronic intestinal weakness and colds due to intestinal weakness i.e. stuffy head, blocked sinuses, runny nose

Has a tendency to reduce a fever

Good nourishment for people who cannot eat solid foods
