All our fresh fruit and veg is certified organic or chemical free, grown in Australia or locally (within 100km) (except kiwi fruits from NZ).
We’re GM Free – none of our products are genetically modified or come from genetically modified organisms.
We prioritise goods that are local, Australian, Fair Trade, certified organic or chem-free, eco-friendly, good quality and value for money.
We buy in bulk to minimise packaging and to ensure the best possible price is passed on to Co-op members and shoppers.

THURSDAY – Venerdi & Freedom Foods bread products, & super local Co-op Farm it Forward produce (Katoomba).
FRIDAY* – Organic market fruit & veg, & local produce from Mountains Gourmet (Mid Mountains) and Epicurean Harvest (Hartley).
