A creamy addition
This sauce is great with any middle eastern foods – tabouli, kofta, felafel, even as a dip for vege sticks or crackers.
½ cup tahini
¼ cup water
2 tblsp yoghurt
2 tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp sea salt
sprinkle of paprika or sumac for garnish
Place the tahini in a bowl and add the other ingredients. Stir well and for a thicker or lighter consistency add more yoghurt or water as desired.
