    The kudzu plant is a vine originating in the mountains of Japan. Kudzu is the starch obtained from the hardy root of the plant. This wild root has incredible downward energy- it can literally grow through rocks! Its harvest is a very elaborate process making it extremely precious. Kudzu is very alkalising and soothing containing more energy than honey but in a much slower burning form that is easily digested and absorbed. It strengthens and regulates digestion and the intestines.

    If you don't have the equipment to make your own hazelnut milk, use your preferred milk (almond/soy/cow/coconut) to make simple homemade hot chocolate.
