  • RAW CHOCOLATE & ESPRESSO MOUSSE

These are inspired by my friend Mel, who told me one night that I must find her a replacement for her late night ‘ten-minute chocolate bowls’, which she said were extremely unhealthy look-at-it-and-put-on-five-kilos cake bowls. So, this is my answer to that. These feel super indulgent, but are healthy, creamy and basically taste like delicious chocolate mousse. These are great dinner party desserts or easy late-night snacks. – Lentil, The Village

  • CHOC BANANA MANGO ICE CREAM By Danielle O’Donoghue

    Choc Banana Mango Icecream
This is a delicious sugar-free, raw, frozen dessert. Raw cacao has a great nutrient profile, high in many minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium and potassium. It’s an excellent source of vitamin C and has a super high ORAC score for anti-oxidant concentration. The nutrient boost of dates (high in iron) & coconut oil make this a REAL treat!
